On January 10, 2025, Gencon Engineering Co., Ltd. organized the GENCON Kick Off 2025 activity led by the top management of the company.
Mr. Pairoj Chanrit, Managing Director, talked about the economic situation over the past 3 years and encouraged the Gencon team to achieve the company's goals in 2025.
Ms. Chidchanok Chanrit, General Manager, summarized the company’s performance in 2024 and announced the company's targets for 2025, along with providing guidelines to reach these goals. GM emphasized that if we kept doing things in the same way, the results would not be changed. Moreover, both ourselves and our department would never be better as well as we would never develop.
Mr. Donbandan Boonking, Factory Manager, added about how to utilize technologies effectively for work. Nowadays, there are many new technologies that help us to work more conveniently, faster, and more efficiently. Regardless of gender or age anyone, we can apply technologies to benefit ourselves and the company as long as we do not stop learning.
